Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original tags must be attached

Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage
To request a return, please contact us at isamags.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved prior to shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Clear photos showing the issue
Once approved:

You will receive a full refund or replacement at no cost

No return is required for damaged or incorrect items
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing returns
Return instructions, including the correct return address, will be provided after your request is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order. If your original item qualifies, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
